Glen Echo Pottery is located in the heart of Glen Echo Park, nestled between the C.O. Canal and
MacArthur Boulevard. The entrance to the park is near the intersection of MacArthur Blvd and
Goldsboro Road.

From downtown Washington DC take Massachusetts Avenue outbound. Turn LEFT When it ends at Goldsboro Road.
Stay to the RIGHT and make the first LEFT onto Oxford Street, continue
down the hill and turn LEFT into Glen Echo Park.
From Northern Virginia, take Route 495 to the exit for Clara Barton Parkway toward Washington, DC;
stay RIGHT. Exit at Glen Echo and proceed to the stop sign, turn LEFT onto MacArthur Blvd. Then turn
RIGHT onto Oxford Street, continue down the hill and turn LEFT into Glen Echo Park.
From Rockville, take 270 South to 495 South toward Northern Virginia. Take the exit for Glen Echo and the
Clara Barton Parkway, stay RIGHT. Exit at Glen Echo and proceed to the stop sign, turn LEFT onto
MacArthur Blvd. Then turn RIGHT onto Oxford Street, continue down the hill and
turn LEFT into Glen Echo Park.
From Silver Spring, take the East West Highway to Bethesda, turn onto Old Georgetown Road then turn
LEFT on Wilson Lane. Follow Wilson Lane for a few miles to MacArthur Blvd. Turn LEFT onto MacArthur Blvd.
Then turn RIGHT onto Oxford Street, continue down the hill and turn LEFT into the Glen Echo Park.
The park is entered via a footbridge and path from the parking lot. Follow the path up from
the parking lot; the studio can be found on the left side of the path just past Discovery Creek.
Using Public Transportation, take Montgomery County Ride-On bus #29, which operates between
Friendship Heights and Bethesda Red Line Metro stations. Use the GLEN ECHO stop at Goldsboro
Road and MacArthur Blvd.
